All products and prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. The prices displayed are exclusive of VAT, but exclusive of delivery charges. We make every effort to ensure that the prices and descriptions of our products are accurate, but errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled.

You confirm that the payment card you are using is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
5. Delivery
Delivery times quoted at the time of ordering are estimated delivery times only and may vary. Matsons will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery. Delivery is made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. If the goods are returned to us as undeliverable, we will not resend the goods until the additional delivery costs have been paid.
6. Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 2 working days from the date of delivery, along with proof of purchase, for a refund or exchange. A 25% restock charge will be kept by Matsons on every returned item.
Returns should be sent to the address specified by Matsons. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods during transit.
7. Limitation of Liability
Matsons shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the website or from your inability to use the website, or for any delay in using the website or any failure in performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, or under any other cause of action.
